LiAngelo Ball To Receive His Own Signature Shoe ‘Gelo 3’ After UCLA Withdrawal
LiAngelo Ball was widely considered the only one in the Ball family that was not going to get a signature shoe. That’s because his talent is considered to be well below that of his older brother Lonzo, who plays for the Lakers, or his younger brother LaMelo, who is expected to make the league when eligible.
All that changed in a heartbeat when LaVar Ball shockingly pulled his son out of UCLA. Now the plan is to not only get LiAngelo NBA ready, but to release his own signature shoe called the “Gelo 3.”
Now that LaVar Ball has pulled son LiAngelo Ball from UCLA, there are plans in place for a third Big Baller Brand sneaker alongside the ZO2 and Melo Ball 1. LiAngelo’s eventual signature shoe will be called the “Gelo 3,” via ESPN’s @JovanBuha. https://t.co/bW4mxTfifI

Now that LiAngelo is no longer on the UCLA Bruins basketball team, he no longer has to adhere to NCAA rules in regards to amateurism and earning revenue and benefits from his own brand while remaining a student-athlete.
Los Angeles Lakers rookie Lonzo Ball just recently had his ZO2’s ship out to waiting customers who purchased them months ago—when they were revealed with a $495 price tag.
