Lithuanian Basketball Coach ROASTS LiAngelo Ball Amid Rumors His Team Is Interested in Signing Him (Tweets)
LaVar Ball pulled LiAngelo “If Your Friends Jump Off a Bridge” Ball out of UCLA on Monday, apparently convinced UCLA was not going to rescind his sticky-fingered son’s indefinite suspension any time soon. LaVar then said LiAngelo would spend the next seven months preparing for the NBA draft.
On Tuesday, Yahoo Sports‘ Jeff Eisenberg reported that Lietkabelis of the Lithuanian Basketball League has expressed interest in both LiAngelo and his more highly touted 16-year-old brother, LaMelo.
One of the overseas teams that has been approached about signing LiAngelo and LaMelo Ball is Lietkabelis of the Lithuanian Basketball League, general manager Mantas Ignatavičius confirmed via email.

However, if that’s true, it seems nobody in the front office ran the idea by the team’s coach.
After the rumors started going around on Tuesday, Lietkebelis head coach Arturs Stalbergs got on Twitter and went full dracarys on poor LiAngelo. Stalbergs’ tweet was quickly deleted, but obviously not before people took some screenshots.
Take a look:
That’s okay, though. LiAngelo could always go play in Chin…oh, right.
