Steve Austin Celebrates 25th Anniversary of RAW by Doing Stone Cold Stunner on 72-Year-Old Vince McMahon (Video)
The WWE celebrated the 25th anniversary of RAW in Brooklyn on Monday night, and a lot of fans were left disappointed. There was no Hulk Hogan, no Rock, and while the Undertaker did make his highly anticipated return, his entrance lacked all the smoke and other special effects fans grew to expect over the years.
The 25th anniversary of RAW wasn’t a total bust, though. It feature a cameo from Stone Cold Steve Austin, and the WWE legend absolutely killed it.
The show kicked off with Shane McMahon and Stephanie McMahon introducing their father, WWE founder and CEO Vince McMahon, and presenting him with a commemorative plaque. However, it quickly became apparent that McMahon was reprising his heel persona when he pulled a Belichick with the plaque and criticized the fans for not crowdfunding a better tribute.
That’s when McMahon was interrupted by the sound of breaking glass, and Steve Austin came out of the tunnel. Vince McMahon tried to get out of a confrontation by saying that he’s old and lives in a retirement community. He even tried to smooth things over with a couple of Miller Lites. But of course, Austin didn’t fall for it. Instead, he took a swig of beer, flipped McMahon the double bird, and dropped the 72-year-old wrestling legend with a Stone Cold Stunner.
Afterward, Austin got up on the ropes and shotgunned not two but four beers.

The show may have been downhill from there, but that was one hell of a way to kick things off. You gotta love Steve Austin.
