Ex-NFL WR Mohamed Massaquoi Reveals He Had His Hand Amputated After ATV Accident (VIDEO)
Mohamed Massaquoi only lasted four years in the league after he was a second-round pick by the Cleveland Browns back in 2009. The former Browns wide receiver recently revealed in a video for The Players Tribune that his left hand was amputated after an ATV accident last April.
Massaquoi stated he took a turn way too sharply and the vehicle rolled as a result.
“The next thing I feel is like an explosion went off in my hand,” Massaquoi said. “I’m in shock so I don’t feel it, but I’m very aware of what’s going on because of the blood everywhere.”
Last April, his left hand was amputated.
