HERO: Stoneman Douglas Football Coach Shot Using His Body As A Human Shield To Protect Students
Another day in America. Another tragic school shooting we’re left to deal with.
This time, it took place in Florida, leaving dozens injured and many students/teachers dead as a result. Former student Nikolas Cruz opened fire at his former high school on Wednesday in Parkland Florida and left nothing but tragedy behind once he was finished.
When tragedy grips the nation, great stories usually come out about the heroic acts by people who had to deal with it head on.
Coach Aaron Feis, who was once the security guard at the school, made the ultimate sacrifice when he used his body to shield students from the gun fire and was shot in the head as a result.
Rather than talk about the coward shooter, meet Aaron Feis, football coach & security guard at Marjory Stoneman Douglas HS. He stepped in front of many students to protect them from bullets. He’s currently battling for his life at the hospital. Let’s pray for him. #hero #Parkland pic.twitter.com/tBU9NezZOj

This, ladies and gentlemen, if the face of a hero. Coach Aaron Feis was injured protecting a student in the shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School and, at last report, is in critical condition. He is a friend to all students that know him. He was always so nice to me when I went to school there, and I know he is close with my brother and his friends. Please, take a moment to send healing prayers for him.
