Kansas City Royals Held Seminar To Take A Stand Against Porn

Back in August, Kansas City Royals general manager Dayton Moore held a press conference and talked about the dangers of porn, drugs and alcohol, and how that can quickly turn into domestic violence.

“We talk about pornography and the effects of what that does to the minds of players and the distractions … And how that leads to abuse of — domestic abuse — to abuse of women.”

All this came in the midst of the DUI arrest of pitcher Danny Duffy, who was found asleep in a Burger King drive thru.

Moore was dead serious about the dangers of porn, because the team hosted a seminar with the anti-pornography group Fight the New Drug.

Last weekend our co-founder @clayolsen presented to the @kcroyals players and coaches. The Royals are the first #MLB team to actively take a stand against porn, and we’re inspired that they’re stepping up to the plate ⚾️ #pornkillslove #fightforlove
