Cleveland Browns Reportedly NOT Interested In Signing Dez Bryant
This offseason has seen the Cleveland Browns make a bunch of moves that have shook up the entire NFL.
After singing Jarvis Landry to a five-year extension worth $75.5 million last week, the Cleveland Browns are reportedly not interested in acquiring Dez Bryant who was released last week by the Dallas Cowboys, according to Mary Kay Cabot of the Cleveland Plain Dealer.
On top of signing Landry, the Browns also re-signed Josh Gordon to his one-year exclusive rights free agent contract on Monday.
Dez Bryant was likely a cap related cut for the Cowboys. He would’ve accounted for $16.5 million against the salary cap for the upcoming season and his declining production on the field didn’t help his cause. Since his release, there have been way more reports of teams not interested in him than teams who are interested in him.
