Sooners QB Drills Cheerleader In The Face With Pass During Spring Game (VIDEO)
Many believed the Oklahoma Sooners might have a hard time replacing Heisman winner Baker Mayfield as he transitions into the NFL, but who knew it would hurt this much? Literally.
The Sooners held their annual Red/White Spring Game over the weekend in Norman, Oklahoma, and things got crazy when quarterback Austin Kendall fired a pass that missed the mark but found the face of a cheerleader standing on the sideline.
OU cheerleader Kylie Fears got hit in the face by an Austin Kendall (@A_Kendall11) pass during the Red-White game Saturday. The good news is she's ok and had a good sense of humor about the whole situation. Kendall made sure to check in on her last night. pic.twitter.com/w6KE7lloeV

The cheerleader, Kylie Fears, was okay after the incident. She was quick to update her status on Twitter after word had spread of the incident on the sidelines at Owen Field.
I’m ok!!! I’m alive
