REPORT: Tony Romo Just Received Huge News From CBS
In February 2019, Tony Romo is set to do something he never had the chance to do as a player, and that’s be a part of the Super Bowl.
The former Dallas Cowboys QB killed it as a commentator during his rookie year. He was praised throughout for his insight on the game and his ability to call a play before it happened.
Now, Romo will level up and call Super Bowl LIII in Atlanta next February alongside Jim Nantz and Tracy Wolfson. Romo is still slated to call games during all weeks of the regular season and select AFC games during the playoffs.
During his first year in the broadcast booth, Romo picked up an Emmy nomination for “Outstanding Sports Personality – Sports Event Analyst.”
