Last week was an extreme high for LeBron James as he opened the doors to his I Promise school for at-risk kids that would give them the keys to succeed in life. That extreme high was followed by an extreme low when President Donald Trump took to Twitter after watching LeBron’s interview on CNN and refer to Don Lemon as the “Dumbest Man on Television,’ as well as insult the intelligence of LeBron.

On the court, Stephen Curry is listed at LeBron’s biggest rival, but the two are very much friends off of it. The Golden State Warriors superstar may have denied Bron a championship three times now, but he and James are on the same team when it comes to speaking out against Donald Trump.

Curry, speaking to The Mercury News following a round of golf, reiterated his stance on Trump’s remarks. “That rhetoric is all based in longstanding racism in terms of black men with a voice in power. Unfortunately, that’s being revealed more and more as the days go on,” said Curry.

This isn’t Curry’s first time going after the President as he all but called Donald Trump an ass in 2017 after Under Armour CEO Kevin Plank applauded Trump as an “asset for the country.”
