Former Duke Star Grayson Allen Assigned To G-League
Despite his play at Duke University, many believed that Grayson Allen would go undrafted by the time the NBA Draft rolled around. The Utah Jazz came calling in the 1st round with the 21st pick in the draft.
His rookie season has been put on bit of a hold right now after the Jazz have assigned Allen to the Salt Lake City Stars of the G-League, according to CBS Sports.
Allen has not seen the court for the Jazz in three straight games, and has been averaging just over 10 minutes played per game in 14 appearances. Fans may have been excited to see Kyle Korver make his way back to the team, but it spelled doom for Allen and his recent fall on the team’s depth chart.
