Are you trying to jinx yourself, because this is exactly how you jinx yourself.

The last thing the Dallas Cowboys needed headed into a big game against the Los Angeles Rams was controversy, but that’s exactly what happened when their official Facebook page went ahead and created an event for the NFC Championship game.

Only problem with that is the team has yet to get through the Divisional game, which is being played this weekend. According to FOX 4, the event also links out to a Ticketmaster resale page with tickets for the game.

Here’s how some of the fans reacted to the post via Fox 4:

“Love my Cowboys but whose dumb— idea was it to post this?” wrote Joey Caudle.

“TAKE THIS EVENT DOWN!!!!! Wtffff not yet!” wrote Sean Lopez.

“Fire the idiot that posted this on the team page and fire them! You don’t bring that bad juju in here,” wrote Chance Murphy.

The only way for the Cowboys to have a NFC Championship home game would be for Dallas to beat the Los Angeles Rams and for the Philadelphia Eagles to beat the New Orleans Saints.

Since the initial posting by Fox 4, the team has since deleted the posting.
