Message heard loud and clear.
Due to an ongoing injury he was dealing with, Los Angeles Rams running back Todd Gurley wasn’t used as much as he was leading up the postseason, but the team still managed to advance to the Super Bowl to face the Patriots.
They really could’ve used a healthy Gurley as the team could only muster up 3 points total all game long.
Gurley still hasn’t let go of that loss, which is why he took to social media and posted a picture of himself wearing an anti-Boston shirt.
If he wanted the attention of the Patriots, well he got it when Tom Brady himself liked the photo:
Gurley rushed for just 45 yards on 14 carries combined in the NFC Championship Game and Super Bowl LIII, in which the Rams fell to the Patriots 13-3 on Feb. 3.
