It has been over two weeks since learning that Rudy Gobert tested positive for the coronavirus that would lead the way to the NBA suspending the season and other leagues following suit.

We would soon find out that his teammate Donovan Mitchell would also get a positive test as well.

On Friday, both Utah Jazz stars were officially cleared from having COVID-19.

We just learned this week that Detroit Pistons big man Christian Wood was also cleared from the virus as well. He registered a negative test result on Wednesday night according to Shams Charania of The Athletic.

Wood is “fully recovered” from COVID-19, and “feeling great,” his agent told Brad Galli of WXYZ News in Detroit on Wednesday.

The future of the season will depend on what happens in the coming weeks and months.
