This is one of those times where O.J. Simpson should’ve just watched the news, ate his food, stated his opinion to himself, and then moved on with his life.
Unfortunately, the former Buffalo Bills RB took to Twitter and talked about the controversy surrounding George Floyd having a knee placed on his neck for 8 minutes by Minneapolis cops that resulted in his untimely death.
He also stated that things won’t change until murderers are brought to justice.
Much like when….never mind.
“The incident itself angered a lot of people,” Simpson said. “I think what you’re seeing is the reaction of the fear that nothing is going to be done about it.”
“The only time its going to stop is when you start truly holding the perpetrators to account,” Simpson said. “Start putting them in jail.”

“I understand it takes time to investigate it before they arrest this guy, but I guarantee you, if (Chauvin) was black and he did this to a white guy, he’d already be in jail,” Simpson said.
The 72-year-old Heisman Trophy winner recalled the 1992 riots in Los Angeles after police were filmed beating black motorist Rodney King as he laid on the ground.
Two of the officers were later found guilty of violating King’s civil rights in a federal court.
