Chicago Bears fans have been trying to bully the organization for months to extend Allen Robinson and now it may be too late.
Allen Robinson does not seem happy with the Chicago Bears after their debut in Week 1, and even though they squeaked out a win, the star WR finished the day with five catches and 74 yards and no touchdowns.
Twitter users noticed that Robinson removed all Bears-related content from his Instagram account as well as his Twitter account, which is usually a bad sign going forward.
He wrote on Twitter that “tryna keep it peaceful is a struggle for me,” and his teammate Cordarrelle Patterson responded “extend extend extend @ChicagoBears.”
Bears Wire provided even more details:
“Robinson’s social media activity has been questionable as it relates to his feelings on a potential extension. In the last couple of weeks, he’s sent out messages that could be taken as him being unhappy with his current situation. Robinson also “liked” a few Tweets recently that suggests he may be wanting out of Chicago.”
Robinson signed a three-year, $42 million contract with the Bears in 2018.
