Controversial Targeting Penalty In Big 12 Championship Game Leads To Ejection (VIDEO)

Iowa State is playing in its first-ever Big 12 Championship Game and it started out terrribly after a loss a key player on defense.

On just the second snap of the game, Iowa State defensive back Isheem Young was ejected for targeting against Oklahoma wide receiver Drake Stoops.

After Stoops caught a pass from quarterback Spencer Rattler and was already on his way to the ground, but Young came flying in to finish him off.

He was ejected as Oklahoma would go on to score a touchdown via backup quarterback Chandler Morris.
