Andre Johnson does not like the state of affairs with the Houston Texans.
The former 2003 first-round pick and inaugural Texans Ring of Honor member turned social media upside down when he took to Twitter and covered a range of issues from advising quarterback Deshaun Watson to stand his ground to stating how the organization is known for wasting careers.
“If I’m @deshaunwatson I will stand my ground,” Johnson tweeted Tuesday. “The Texans organization is known for wasting players careers. Since Jack Easterby has walk into the building nothing good has happened in/for the organization and for some reason someone can’t seem to see what’s going on. Pathetic!!!”
Texans chairman and CEO Cal McNair indicated that Easterby would revert back to football operations following his stint as interim general manager.
DeAndre Hopkins has already spoken out in favor of what Johnson stated, and now another former teammate is speaking out.
Former all-pro RB Arian Foster had this to say:
“i don’t keep up with much in the league so idk who buddy is. but i kno my brother. and for him to get this outta pocket means there’s gotta be fuckery lol. dre is the calmest cat on the planet.”
