Earl Thomas Gets Roasted After His 2017 Comments On Tom Brady Backfire So Terribly (TWEETS)
Earl Thomas is not even in the NFL as a current player and yet he still racking up losses.
The latest one comes from way back in 2017 after Tom Brady had surpassed Joe Montana’s career Super Bowl touchdowns record in a win over his Seahawks. After the game, Earl Thomas belittled Brady’s success to him playing in a weak division.
Technically, Brady did not come to the NFC West, but he did come to the NFC and is now in the Championship game in year one.
Back in August 2020, the Baltimore Ravens parted ways with seven-time Pro Bowl safety Earl Thomas two days after an on-field altercation with teammate Chuck Clark.
“Appreciate the Ravens organization for the opportunity,” he wrote. “Had a great run .. Wish things would have ended different but you live and you learn. Thank you [Ravens GM] Eric DeCosta and everyone else who played a role in bringing him to B-More. Wish you guys the best.”
Many teams were rumored to be interested, but he went unsigned for the remainder of the year.
