NFL Announces Fine For Antoine Winfield For Taunting, Putting ‘Peace Sign’ In Tyreek Hill’s Face
The No Fun League has returned.
One of the most memorable during Super Bowl LV is when Antoine Winfield Jr. openly taunted Tyreek Hill after an incomplete pass from Patrick Mahomes.
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ safety remembered when Hill did it to him earlier in the year and got his payback in grand fashion.
He was not only flagged for it, but now fined. On Saturday, NFL Network insider Tom Pelissero dropped the info that the league has fined Winfield $7,815 for mocking the Kansas City Chief’s star wideout.
Such a small price to play for a memorable moment and Super Bowl victory.
