WWE Superstar ‘The Miz’ Makes Passionate Plea For JJ Watt To Sign With The Cleveland Browns (VIDEO)

If you want somebody to deliver an epic pitch, why not get a professional wrestler who has been doing that sort of thing for years.

6-foot-5, 288 pound star JJ Watt is easily one of the most coveted free agent defensive players on the market that is wanted by just about every team in the league. It was last week when he took to social media and announced that he asked for and was granted his release by the Houston Texans. It is the only team he has played for since being drafted in 2011.

The three-time Defensive Player of the Year, who has two league sack titles and the third most tackles for loss in NFL history, is getting his biggest pitch to join a team by WWE superstar The Miz.

How can you say no to that?

Last season, the Cleveland Browns finished over .500 for the first time since 2007 and qualified for the postseason for the first time since 2002. Their win over the Pisstburgh Steelers marked their first road playoff victory since 1969 in addition to the first playoff victory overall since 1995.

By all accounts, the Browns appear to be a team on the rise.
