Le’Veon Bell Still Finds A Way To Diss Andy Reid’s Classy Response To His Hurtful Message (PIC)
Le’Veon Bell just won’t allow the beef he has with Andy Reid die.
In response to an Instagram post relaying Andy Reid’s remarks saying that the Chiefs coach “enjoyed” his time with Bell and is “pulling for him.” Bell commented “lol that’s cap,” suggesting Reid’s comment was a lie.
Last season when Bell got cut by the Jets, he took his talents to the Chiefs and appeared in nine games, rushing for 254 yards and making a minimal impact. He did not appear in either the AFC Championship Game or the Super Bowl, sitting in favor of Clyde Edwards-Helaire and Darrel Williams.
Bell commented on Instagram that he would rather retire than play for Reid again.
“I’ll never play for Andy Reid again,” he wrote.
He added more on Twitter.
“I’m not about to get all into depth on why I feel the way I do, but I have my right to feel the way I feel,” Bell said. “The ONLY thing I would change is commenting how I really felt on social media. I’ll admit that’s something I could’ve and should’ve kept to myself & I apologize about that and that only.”
After calling out his former coach, Bell clarified how he was feeling in a social media post after getting heat over airing out his issues with the Chiefs coach.
“I said what I said & I don’t regret at all what I said…for those who have a PERSONAL PROBLEM with me because of what I SAID, that’s fine…you have your right!” Bell wrote in now-deleted Instagram posts.
“Just understand I ALSO have MY RIGHT for how I feel about MY PERSONAL problem with dude because of what HE SAID to me!”
The 29-year-old is currently a free agent.
