Zach Wilson got what he wanted.
The Jets have signed first-round QB Zach Wilson to a four-year rookie contract, according to Ian Rapoport.
Adam Schefter added it was a fully-guaranteed, four-year contract projected to be worth, $35.1 million, including a signing bonus of approximately $22.9 million.
Wilson missed the first day of training camp as the two sides were disputing over details in his slotted rookie contract. He’s the final draft pick of the 2021 class to sign.
The three-year starter at BYU finished his college career passing for 7,659 yards, 56 touchdowns and 15 interceptions over the course of three seasons and 30 games.
