Randall Cobb is free and couldn’t be any happier.
The Packers sent a 2022 sixth-round draft pick to the Houston Texans to bring back Cobb, reuniting him with Aaron Rodgers and the team for which he starred for eight seasons.
On Thursday, he faced the media and talked about what it felt like to be back with the Packers. Cobb may not have wanted to diss the Houston Texans, but that’s exactly what he did with his comments.
The Houston Texans are a complete mess from top to bottom as their star quarterback in Deshaun Watson is fighting multiple sexual misconduct cases off the field, and working as a scout safety in training camp on the field.
In April, the first of 23 lawsuits was filed against Watson. There are 22 active lawsuits with allegations of sexual assault or sexually inappropriate behavior during massage sessions against Watson. On Monday, Watson’s attorney, Rusty Hardin, said that of the 10 women who have filed complaints with Houston police, two have not filed lawsuits against Watson.
Not to mention, he still wants to be traded.
The team is expected to be at the bottom of the NFL in 2021.
