Social Media Reacts To Sha’carri Richardson Coming In 4th Place In The Women’s 200M (VIDEO + TWEETS)
Sha’carri Richardson did not come in last place, but she did not finish in the top-3 neither.
The US sprinter had another chance to show what she had in the tank after a last place finish last week in the Women’s 100m.
This time, it was the women’s 200M and Richardson could only finish in fourth place with a time of 22.45 seconds.
18-year-old Christine Mboma came in first place with a time of 21.84.
Here’s how social media reacted:
A little less than two weeks ago, Richardson came in last place at the Prefontaine Classic track and field meet in Eugene, Oregon and became unhinged during the interview afterwards.
“I’m not upset at myself at all. This is one race. I’m not done,” she said. “Count me out if you want to. Talk all the s— you want. ‘Cause I’m here to stay. I’m not done.”
