On Monday afternoon, social media was buzzing over a fake report of Isaiah Stewart being fined almost $1 million for his altercation with LeBron James, but nothing for LeBron himself.
Marlon Humphrey was one of those people who thought it was real.
“Should have made contact if you was gone get fined like this”
“Oh this is fake they got me lol”
“Social media really crazy you see something on here and assume it’s true then you tell somebody then you telling lies.”
In reality, LeBron James was suspended for one game, and Detroit Pistons second-year player Isaiah Stewart was suspended for two games for their roles during an incident in a game between the two teams on Sunday night.
It is the first suspension of James’ Hall of Fame career.

The Lakers and Pistons will meet again on Sunday in Los Angeles.
