Fat Joe is not happy about his name being placed in rumors, especially when it resulted in words he never said.
The legendary rapper is tied in quite a few NBA circles and is also a longtime diehard New York Knicks fan.
He is not happy with New York Daily News reporter Kristian Winfield after he sent out the below report.
Joe responded by saying he ‘never said this.’
This led to an interesting exchange where Winfield brought up Fat Joe’s appearance on his podcast.
Fat Joe said some thing on the podcast, mainly about how close he and Mitchell are, but he never stated anything about him wanting to be on the Knicks. He also did not mention the Miami Heat either.
The Utah Jazz look to be doing something big this offseason after they traded Rudy Gobert to the Minnesota Timberwolves.
The Timberwolves will send Malik Beasley, Patrick Beverley, Walker Kessler, Jarred Vanderbilt, Leandro Bolmaro and four first-round picks to the Jazz, according to Wojnarowski.
The move signals the Jazz’s desire to move on from the Gobert-Donovan Mitchell pairing that had grown strained since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Jazz bowed out of the playoffs in the first round for the third time in four seasons, a disappointing end to a roster built to win now.
