Rockstar Games has released a new trailer for their highly anticipated title, ‘GTA 6’, following what was an extremely disappointing announcement.
The game’s launch has been delayed another year and is now set to release on May 26, 2026, which will be almost 13 years since predecessor ‘GTA 5’ dropped in September of 2013.
By the looks of things, it should be worth the wait. Sadly, it might also be way more expensive by the time the new launch date comes around, as the gaming industry is expected to be affected by President Donald Trump’s tariffs.
Even so, Rockstar released a second official trailer for the game on Tuesday, which sparked quite a frenzy online.

‘GTA 6’ Has An Intriguing Storyline
GTA 6 will be set in Vice City, the game’s version of Miami, which debuted in the 1997 iteration of ‘Grand Theft Auto’ and returned in ‘Grand Theft Auto: Vice City’ in 2002.
It will revolve around criminal partners and lovers, Jason Duval and Lucia Caminos, who are ensnared in a statewide conspiracy after an easy job goes sideways.
‘GTA 6’ is, by far, the most anticipated video game of the decade, with fans getting that ‘Detox’ treatment year after year. It appears the wait might soon come to an end; a year flies by pretty fast nowadays.
