Karmelo Anthony’s Attorneys Visit Stadium Where Austin Metcalf Stabbing Took Place

Attorneys for Karmelo Anthony recently visited Kuykendall Stadium to review the scene of the fatal stabbing of 17-year-old Austin Metcalf.
This visit comes as they prepare for a bond hearing scheduled for Monday, where they will seek to reduce Anthony’s current $1 million bond. According to his attorney, Billy Clarke, the aim of the visit was to understand the circumstances Anthony faced.
“We just really want to get in our client’s shoes and see what the environment was like. I know it’s a beautiful day today, not what it was like on April 2nd. But we want to see what he was going through, just trying to get an idea of what he saw, what it looked like,” Clarke said.
