He reportedly admitted to friends that his ketamine use had escalated to the point where it began affecting his bladder. “Mr. Musk’s drug consumption went well beyond occasional use,” the report states, citing people familiar with his private conversations.
Ketamine bladder, as described by the National Institute of Health, includes painful urination, frequent urges, incontinence, and bladder shrinkage.
