Elon Musk’s ex-girlfriend recently made an announcement on social media regarding her mental health issues.
Grimes, the former partner of the world’s richest man, publicly shared her recent health diagnoses, which include ADHD and autism. In her announcement on X, formerly Twitter, she elaborated that she suspects she may also have dyslexia.
“Got diagnosed w adhd/ autism this year and realized I’m prob dyslexic. Which is why I can’t spell at all without spellcheck. I feel like, had we known this when I was a child. I would have worked so much less hard, been on drugs, and so many of the weird obsessions and motivations I had… Prob wud have been drugged too..” Grimes wrote quoting a mental health meme as extreme info hazards.
I have to say, there's this subculture of I guess "mental health" accounts that I actually think are like, extreme infohazards.

In her remarks, Grimes highlighted concerns regarding the impact of modern technology on mental health. She attributed a portion of ADHD diagnoses to “screen addiction and dopaminergic burnout.”
She also emphasized the positive effects of reading in managing her ADHD symptoms. According to Grimes, her symptoms were “infinitely worse when I wasn’t an avid reader.”

Elon Musk’s Ex-Girlfriend Grimes Didn’t Like Her Son Getting Into Spotlight
Before opening up about her personal struggles at a young age and now finding out she has ADHD and Autism, Grimes is concerned about her son.
In a recent interview with Time magazine, the singer emphasized her desire for privacy regarding her 4-year-old son, X Æ A-Xii, whom she shares with Elon Musk. Grimes publicly requested an end to the public exposure of her son and asked people not to post X’s images.
“Hello I hope this isn’t trouble but could I kindly ask you to please take this down and refrain from posting images or videos of my children in the future? Asking with respect and love, I know it’s an odd request, but I believe fame is something that should be consented to as an adult,” Musk’s ex-girlfriend wrote.

Grimes specifically criticized Musk for bringing their son to a recent meeting with President Donald Trump at the White House earlier this year.
Following the event, she expressed her frustration on social media and disapproved of her former partner’s choice.
Beyond her concerns about privacy, Grimes has also criticized Musk for neglecting their son’s medical needs.
Additionally, Grimes and Musk have two other children together: a 3-year-old daughter named Exa Dark Sideræl and a 2-year-old son, Techno Mechanicus.
