In a joint Instagram post, she shared clips of her session, highlighting the physical and mental benefits of martial arts.
“Jiu-Jitsu is more than a martial art. Rooted in ancient tradition and refined over generations, it offers a path to physical confidence, mental clarity, and emotional balance,” the Instagram caption read.
She emphasized the discipline and character-building aspects of the sport, adding that training with others provides a “rare gift of growing side by side, on the mat and in life.”

They follow in the footsteps of their father, Pedro Sr., a black belt trained by the legendary Grandmaster Helio Gracie.
Observers quickly noted that Ivanka was training with Joaquim Valente’s brother. Joaquim, well known in celebrity circles, is dating Brazilian supermodel Gisele Bündchen and previously trained both her and her children.
