YouTube star and WWE wrestler Logan Paul has joined the wave of internet personalities poking fun at Ashton Hall’s viral morning routine video.
Hall’s original clip, which first surfaced in February 2025, only gained mass attention in March when another account reshared it on X. Since then, social media has been flooded with memes, critiques, and even recreations of the meticulous routine.
Paul, known for his over-the-top antics, didn’t miss the chance to put his spin on the trend. His version? It is a chaotic yet oddly relatable take that swaps Hall’s disciplined approach for absurdity- complete with Prime ICE, an ocean-dwelling fish, and a wrestling dummy.

Paul’s clip, posted on March 25, follows a similar structure to Hall’s but quickly veers into parody.

He starts at 7:06 a.m., removing tape from his mouth- a nod to Hall’s original video. But instead of the fancy Saratoga sparkling water, he opts for Prime ICE, his own sports drink brand, to rinse his mouth.

From there, things escalate. He types random letters into a document, then straps his daughter Esme into a baby carrier while taking a call at 9:18 a.m. The chaos peaks at 10:02 a.m. when Paul dumps blue raspberry-flavored Prime into a bowl of ice and forcefully plunges his face into it. Later, at 10:46 a.m., he wades into the ocean and pulls out a live fish- an unexpected twist that stunned viewers.

Paul rounds off his version of the routine with an intense workout in his home gym and WWE training ring before dramatically dunking a wrestling dummy’s face into an ice bowl.
The internet quickly weighed in on Paul’s version.
One user quipped, “At least his is more realistic.”

Another called it “iconic.”
Others, however, felt the meme trend was becoming overplayed. “Not funny anymore,” one user claimed, noting how big influencers jumping on the trend had diluted its charm.

Hall has since updated his morning routine, responding to the internet’s fascination with his regimented lifestyle. However, with influencers like Paul keeping the trend alive, the internet doesn’t seem ready to move on just yet.
