After visiting one of the iconic Disney theme parks in Orlando, Florida, a woman was faced with spending $45 on an outfit or getting kicked out of Disney World.
Nicole Arena, a personal trainer who claims to wear a training bra and leggings most of the time, thought the same attire would have worked at Disney. However, while waiting in line with her husband, the staff promptly told her that her outfit was “inappropriate.”
Her story made it past social media, leaking into mainstream, as she was featured on ‘Inside Edition,’ where she dressed up in the same ensemble to show why she was nearly kicked out.
She also showed the shirt she was made to buy by Disney employees to cover up. Her husband, meanwhile, claimed to be confused as he was wearing even less clothing at the time.
Nicole has made a few TikTok videos outlining her encounter.
“Once again, I’ve upset the Disney people. People are very angry at me for wearing a sports bra to Disney. Um, the point of that post was that there were many people in Disney wearing much less clothing than I was,” she said.

She added:
“I had nothing showing other than my stomach and my arms. But yet you guys are acting like I went out naked. Anyone that goes to the gym knows that it’s totally fine to walk around with a sports bra and leggings on.”
Nicole Arena Waited An Hour To Get On A Ride At Disney World, Only To Get Some Disappointing News
Nicole claimed she was very excited to be at Disney World until she was told she would have to fork over $45 for a shirt she did not plan to buy or leave. Making matters worse, she had already waited an hour to get on a ride.
Disney has a strict dress code, and while Nicole’s outfit wasn’t overly revealing, they wouldn’t let her in.
Still, she says people with much less clothing were permitted to pass through.
