Social media had some hysterical reactions to a photo of Antoine Massey right after his arrest, which followed a six-week prison recess.
Massey was one of 10 prisoners who escaped from the Orleans Justice Center in New Orleans on May 16 and was one of two still at large before he was captured on Friday.
The 33-year-old had been incarcerated following convictions on domestic abuse battery involving strangulation, theft of a motor vehicle, and a parole violation. However, the length of his prison term has not been specified.
Authorities cornered him at an Airbnb in Hollygrove, New Orleans, on Friday following a tip. He surrendered peacefully after the cops surrounded the building.

Officials are of the view that Antoine Massey had help staying on the run for as long as he did and are investigating.
Meanwhile, Derrick Groves remains at large and is the only one yet to be recaptured following last month’s prison break.
