Max Homa has not been having a great time with caddies over the past few days.
Homa experienced an unusual obstacle when he played on the front nine of this year’s Masters.
Max Homa was trying to find the fairway on the eighth hole at August National. He found a caddie’s backside instead.
The backside of a caddie was standing in the middle of the fairway, completely oblivious to the fact that a ball was coming his way out of the trees to the left, heading towards the green.
He would soon realize it as he got hit.
As the ball hit the caddie, an upset Homa could be heard saying: “Come on, dude! “
Homa eventually parred the hole and finished the 12th one-under, but an immediate double bogey would stop his progress.

The caddie that got hit would eventually make his way past the ball and off the course.

Max Homa Got Dropped by His Caddie Days Before the Masters

Just a few days before the Masters was scheduled to tee off, Max Homa suffered a brutal blow.
Homa, who hasn’t won a major tournament yet but finished tied for third in the Masters last year, saw his partnership with longtime friend and caddie Joe Greiner come to a shocking end.
The duo had been together since 2014.
Homa arrived at Augusta National this week with a new caddie (Bill Harke).
When speaking with reporters at Augusta National ahead of the Masters this week, Homa revealed that it was Greiner’s decision to move on.
“It was not my choice, so it sucked, but we always had a deal that we’re friends first, and friendship mattered more than the work thing, and he was wise enough to do what he did,” Max Homa revealed.
