Golf fans are praising Bryson DeChambeau for his classy gesture following a tough final day at the 2025 Masters.
Bryson DeChambeau entered the final round with a score of 10-under, two behind clubhouse leader Rory McIlroy. But “The Scientist” essentially eliminated himself from contention after a meltdown on hole 11, finishing with a brutal double bogey after recording a par on the previous six holes.
DeChambeau finished three-over on Sunday, ending his 2025 Masters with a score of seven-under that placed him in a tie for fifth. Rory McIlroy went on to defeat Justin Rose in the first playoff hole to claim his first Masters.
Fans, however, were impressed with Bryson DeChambeau’s willingness to speak to reporters after his frustrating outing on Sunday.
“Bryson DeChambeau gave a great interview today—after his final round at the Masters,” one fan said.

“Related to my earlier string of thoughts on here both Bryson DeChambeau and Justin Rose did speak to media after. Very classy of them to do but not surprising from either. Others certainly would not have had they been in that position,” another commented.

Is a Classy Man.
Hats off Bryson.
The 31-year-old DeChambeau entered the 2025 Masters as one of the popular picks to win it all. He won the 2024 U.S. Open, finished second in last year’s PGA Championship and is a consensus top-10 golfer in the world.
But ultimately, it was just Rory McIlroy’s time to win. The 35-year-old has endured so many tough losses at Augusta, but the Northern Irishman wasn’t going to be denied this time around.
Bryson DeChambeau Can Redeem Himself At 2025 PGA Championship

The Masters is the most prestigious golf tournament, but DeChambeau can ease the pain with a victory at the 2025 PGA Championship next month. One of the four majors in golf, the PGA Championship will take place at Quail Hollow Club in Charlotte, North Carolina.
