He has just one PGA Tour win, the Fortinet Championship in September 2023, and has finished in the top 10 of one major: the 2023 Masters.
Smalley, his replacement, comes in boasting fine form following a T-5 finish at the Myrtle Beach Classic last week.

Smalley, 28, will be playing in his third PGA Championship. He finished T-23 in 2023 but didn’t make the cut last year.
