Heartbreaking audio from 911 calls made by eyewitnesses after a deadly crash involving Baltimore Orioles prospect Luis Guevara has surfaced online following his passing.
The 19-year-old was one of four people involved in a marine collision this week, but was the only one who lost his life.
Audio from the 911 calls made in the wake of the crash has been obtained by TMZ Sports. The outlet claims to have gotten 11 calls through a public records request.
They note that, “in one of them, a woman can be heard telling a dispatcher she saw two jet skis collide with one another while in Sarasota, FL on June 15.”
Other onlookers were heard in the background, frantically trying to assist.
The caller, who was speaking to someone nearby, said that one jet ski stopped before a “guy ran into him. Full throttle.”

911 Caller Admitted The Accident Was “A Bad One” After Seeing Luis Guevara’s Injury

Another 911 caller revealed that someone was brought to shore and was receiving CPR.
“He’s dying, he’s dying, dude,” a male voice said. “They hit his head. This is a bad one. You guys need to get out here ASAP — ambulance out here right now.”
Guevara succumbed to the injuries suffered from the collision.
According to the Baltimore Banner, a spokesperson for the Florida Fish and Wildlife Commission said that the crash occurred around 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, with two jet skis carrying two people each colliding with each other on the water.
The individuals all landed in the water and were brought to shore, where they received assistance. Sadly, Luis Guevara did not make it.
The commission is still investigating.
