Clayton Kershaw is coming off a decent outing with the Los Angeles Dodgers. The All-Star pitched against the St. Louis Cardinals and helped the Dodgers win. Despite their victory, Kershaw found himself in the center of a heated moment.
The Cardinals aired a video montage that prominently featured Matt Adams’ memorable three-run home run off Kershaw from Game 4 of the 2014 NLDS. It was a painful memory for Kershaw, and the video played on loop for several minutes before the starting lineups were announced.
Clayton Kershaw was upset about the whole incident and called the move “a little bush league.”

Clayton Kershaw Records His First Win For The Dodgers

The Dodgers veteran was unable to pitch at the start of the season. Kershaw has been dealing with several injuries and is almost at the tail-end of his career. His first few outings were a disaster, as he failed to record a win.
Pitching against the Cardinals helped Kershaw record his first win of the season. After throwing five innings, the pitcher delivered his best performance this season. He recorded seven strikeouts, walked none, and surrendered one earned run.
The Dodgers’ offense provided the proper support for Kershaw. Despite his win, he has a poor 4.35 ERA. In 20-plus innings pitched, Clayton Kershaw has 15 Ks in total. The Dodgers have remained at the same position in their Week 4 MLB power rankings.
