The Los Angeles Dodgers won the World Series in style after a strong comeback against the Yankees. The entire baseball world was aware of the disastrous fifth inning by the Bronx Bombers. While the Boys in Blue enjoyed their strong comeback, they couldn’t resist boasting.
To make things worse, they trolled the Yankees for their loss. Michael Kopech, Joe Kelly, and Chris Taylor were a few players who spoke badly about the Yanks. MLB insiders and several others called out the team for their unprofessional behavior.
Recently, Yankees manager Aaron Boone took a subtle jibe at the team. Boone said if they win the World Series, they would handle things with a little more class. Meaning, that Los Angeles acted without class after their victory.
“Hopefully, we’re in that position next year and handle things with a little more class,” Boone said.
After Boone’s remarks, former Dodgers champion Joe Kelly fired back at the Yankees manager. Kelly said Boone is so hurt, and the Yankees’ fearless leader has fear.
“(Boone’s) just so hurt. It’s so sad. When your fearless leader has fear, it’s a little tough to see. Feelings are hurt,” Kelly said via Dodgers Nation.
Joe Kelly is not shy about speaking his mind.

He’s done it again, calling out Yankees manager Aaron Boone, who didn’t like the Dodgers trash talk.

The Dodgers Pitcher Continued To Make Sarcastic Jokes On The Yankees’ Mishap
Kelly continued to crack sarcastic jokes on the Yankees’ fielding mishap during the World Series. The pitcher took another shot at Anthony Rizzo and Gerrit Cole’s first base mistake by talking randomly about ground balls.
“I wonder how ground balls are going. PFPs (pitcher’s fielding practice), ground balls, the little things,” Kelly said. “I got (my son) Knox’s nine-year-old travel team, first move after a ground ball to the right side, all of them are breaking. Every single one of them. Kids that pitch once a week know to get over. They’re nine! Not one of them forgets to get over. I promise you. I know who does forget to get over, and it’s not the nine-year-olds,” Kelly continued.
Yankees fans are upset with the harsh comments from Dodgers stars. However, they are looking forward to a successful season this year. Meanwhile, Aaron Judge has dismissed concerns about the team’s facial hair policy.
