Jacob Misiorowski made his MLB debut Thursday night and wasted zero time showing baseball fans what the hype was all about.
The Brewers’ top pitching prospect lit up the radar gun with a ridiculous 102.2 mph fastball, but it was his 92 mph changeup that had fans losing their minds online.

Facing the St. Louis Cardinals, the right-hander threw five no-hit innings, struck out five, and looked completely in control. Sadly, his night ended early when he cramped up while trying to field a grounder to start the sixth inning.
Still, the moment that had social media buzzing wasn’t just the heat.
One fan posted, “Lookout Skenes. You just got some competition for best young gun.”

Injury Spoils Jacob Misiorowski’s Almost Perfect Debut

Milwaukee walked away with a 6-0 win over the Cardinals. Jackson Chourio hit a two-run bomb, Sal Frelick went 3-for-4, and the bullpen held it down after Misiorowski exited. The rookie later told reporters he didn’t even realize he was throwing a no-hitter.
“I had no clue,” Misiorowski told reporters. “I thought one of the popups landed.”
The four-game series continues Friday, with Erick Fedde and Freddy Peralta taking the mound for their respective teams.
