Joc Pederson is having one of his worst seasons in the big leagues with the Texas Rangers. The veteran outfielder has been on a miserable hitless streak in his last 41 at-bats, and things are not getting any better.
The Rangers are on top of their division with a 14-9 record. However, Pederson’s contribution was far behind that of an amateur. It’s probably a rough start for the slugger as he has enough time to pick up the pace. Sadly, Pederson could not catch up with Chris Davis’ record, which went 0-54 in 2019.
That’s certainly something Pederson doesn’t want to have on his resume. While Joc Pederson is struggling to make ends meet, MLB fans seem to have the perfect solution for the slugger. Fans took to social media to react to his hitless streak. Here are some reactions from X.

Joc Pederson Could Be In Trouble If He Continues To Slump

The Rangers are a competitive team, and they hope to make the playoffs in 2025. With a strong start, they are already on track and ahead of their opponents. Pederson is currently in a tough spot with his hitless streak. Failing to perform could land him in trouble.
The slugger has a miserable 0.52 batting average with a bad .141 OBP and a .210 OPS. The Rangers could designate him for assignment if he continues his hitless streak. There are plenty of other young players ready to take up Joc Pederson’s position.
With a tough road ahead, Pederson must pull up his socks soon or at least try to avoid creating a new record. Just like Pederson, several sluggers are having a bad start. Recently, Dodgers fans called out Max Muncy for his slump against the Cubs.
