Philadelphia Phillies Jose Alvarado’s MLB career is potentially over.
MLB has handed over an 80-game suspension to the lefty closer after failing a performance-enhancing drug test.
As per latest reports, Jose was suspended due to testing positive for exogenous testosterone as the league announced on Sunday.
This suspension starts right away, which means he’ll also miss any chance to pitch during the postseason, should the Phillies make it that far.
