Cameras caught Toronto Blue Jays fans throwing down the fisticuffs in a heated scene during Saturday’s game against the Los Angeles Angels at the Rogers Centre.
The surging Toronto Blue Jays have been on a roll since May 28, entering Sunday’s season finale three games up on the New York Yankees and Tampa Bay Rays for first in the American League East.
The sports atmosphere may be rocking in Toronto right now, but the good vibes provided by the Blue Jays weren’t enough to keep everyone happy on Saturday.
A viral video has surfaced of multiple Blue Jays fans exchanging haymakers in a scene resembling a WWE-style rumble. One of the fans was bleeding around his ear, but thankfully, it looked like nobody suffered serious injuries in the skirmish:

Unfortunately, it’s not super uncommon for sports fans to get into ridiculous fights like this at events, even with children and seniors around. But fans of the same team fighting each other? You don’t see that too often.
On a brighter note, the Toronto Blue Jays won 4-3 in extra innings on Saturday to extend their win streak to six games. Addison Barger hit a walk-off single in the bottom of the 11th to secure the series win for the surging Jays.

The Blue Jays have seized the opportunity and already look poised to reach the postseason for the third time in four years.
