Despite getting drilled Rodriguez was safe and he remained in the game. Luckly, it wasn’t something series for the slugger. MLB reporter Daniel Kramer shared the latest update on Rodriguez.

Mariners fans were relieved to learn that nothing serious happened to their star player. However, some fans were upset that he got hit by Henry.

Julio Rodriguez Continues To Play A Vital Role For The Mariners
Rodriguez continues to play a vital role in his team. Seattle cannot afford to have a center fielder placed on the IL. The Mariners are at the top of the AL West with a 30-25 record. The team is only 0.5 games ahead of the Houston Astros.
Seattle hopes to make the playoffs, but the American League has several tough opponents. Rodriguez has 10 home runs and is hitting .235 at the plate. He has a .310 OBP with a .726 OPS. He had a decent 2024 season with 20 home runs and 24 stolen bases.
