Aaron Judge is currently the best hitter in the league. Yet, even the best have some off days despite leading the league in all numbers. Judge is often called out for not performing under pressure. The slugger’s World Series struggles are still fresh on the minds of MLB fans.
The Yankees faced the Mets in Game 2 of the Subway Series, and Aaron Judge had one of his worst outings of the season. The captain went 0-for-5 with three strikeouts in a 3-2 loss. Despite the rough game, Judge’s batting average remains above .400. While some MLB fans criticized the slugger for his performance, Yankees fans continued to show their support.
Yankees fans were upset to see Judge get trolled and took to social media to support their captain.

Aaron Judge Remains Frontrunner For AL MVP

Not only does Judge lead the American League, but he’s also pacing the entire MLB. The All-Star is putting up incredible numbers and remains the frontrunner for the AL MVP. After winning his second AL MVP last season, Judge now has a strong chance to claim his third.
On the other hand, Dodgers star Shohei Ohtani is the frontrunner for the NL MVP. The only major category where Ohtani leads Judge is home runs – Ohtani has 16, while Judge has 15. Still, the Yankees star is currently the hottest hitter in the league and is determined to lead his team on another World Series run.
The Yankees hope to win the series against the Mets. However, they will be playing without Oswaldo Cabrera.
