Max Holloway is once again looking to give fans their money’s full worth. The UFC ‘BMF’ champion has always been quite exciting to watch inside the octagon. After all, who can forget his UFC 300 antics against Justin Gaethje. And not only that. Going up against a super striker like Ilia Topuria, Holloway did not hesitate to box. Even if that meant him getting knocked out in the fight. Coming to the UFC 318 fight, Holloway is planning something similar.
Speaking about his upcoming bout, Holloway stated that he is looking to have some fun. With both Poirier and himself known to be vicious strikers, the ‘BMF’ champion had another message. He stated that if anybody would want to get interested in the UFC, then this was the bout they must not miss.
“If you’re trying to get someone into watching the UFC, tell them to tune in July 19th because me and Dustin are gonna have a fun fight,” said Holloway.

Thus, the intentions from Holloway are pretty much clear. He is looking to once again go all out and hopes to produce yet another viral UFC moment. Just like he did back in UFC 300. Now, speaking of UFC 300, Holloway’s opponent, Justin Gaethje, recently had some serious allegations against the UFC.

Justin Gaethje recently lashed out at the UFC. He stated that despite being 3-1 in his last four fights prior to UFC 300, they did not give him a title shot. Instead, Gaethje alleged the UFC begging him to take the UFC 300 fight. However, while he suffered a huge setback, Gaethje came back strongly to win against Rafael Fiziev.

“UFC owe me a championship fight. I’m 3-1 in my last 4. They came to my house begging me to fight Max Holloway on UFC 300. I consider that an exhibition fight. It had nothing to do with rankings,” Gaethje also said, “Oliveira (2-2 in his last fights) has already lost to Makhachev. And they bring a brand-new guy in, and I get f*cked again,” Gaethje said.
