Sean Strickland is once again active and seeking fights. The former middleweight champion suffered a brutal loss in his rematch against Dricus Du Plessis. Looking to get the gold back around his waist, Strickland was confident about defeating the South African. Unfortunately, when the bout went underway, ‘Tarzan’ looked quite out of sorts. Suffering a crushing defeat, Strickland garnered a lot of adverse reactions from the fans. However, now he is ready to challenge Belal Muhammad.
With Belal Muhammad losing his welterweight championship against Jack Della Maddalena, Strickland saw this as a perfect opportunity. Calling out the former champion, ‘Tarzan’ urged him to come up to the middleweight division and fight him. Taking a dig at Muhammad, Strickland also asked him to accept the fight offer for his country, Palestine.

Well, while Strickland might be eager to run it down, it is not clear what Muhammad’s stance is at the moment. In his recent fight with Della Maddalena, Strickland has suffered many injuries. Thus, it will take some time for Muhammad to heal completely from the wounds. Meanwhile, keeping up with the trend of his controversial comments, Strickland recently mocked Conor McGregor.
