@DoubleVodkaDon from Barstool Sports recently opined that Makhachev has run away from the Ilia Topuria fight. He also opined that the Dagestani will now have to wait longer to fight Della Maddalena. Thus, he could have easily fought Topuria and then moved on to his next mission.
This is exactly what Abdelaziz did not like. Slamming him for his comments, he asked him to visit the gym often. Makhachev’s manager also addressed the MMA personality as ‘underqualified’ to speak on such issues.
